Notary Public 101

We offer a FREE informational class on how to become an Illinois Notary Public.  After this session, we can take you through the process to become an Illinois Notary Public (this is optional, and there are fees associated with becoming a Notary Public.)  This is only available by signing up for our on-line webinar.  

New Notary/Refresher Training 102

This training course is for new notaries, or notaries that have never had any previous training.  This course is offered in either a live training session or an on-line webinar.

We teach you how to properly execute the responsibilities of an Illinois Notary Public.

We offer informative instruction in a limited group setting to enable personalized attention to participants.

The course reviews the Illinois Notary Public policy and procedures, including guidelines as determined by the landmark Vancura v Katris ruling.

Interactive participation includes proper procedures for identity verification and distinguishing various notarial doccments needed to complete a notarization.

Seminar leaders are well versed and experienced with Illinois notary public responsibilities and the notarial process.  

NOTE: If you have taken this class in the past, you should NOT retake this class as a refresher course.  You need to take the Annual Notary Training 103 Course

Annual Notary Training 103

This course is for notaries that have already taken the New Notary/Notary Refresher 102 training.  This course is only available in a live Training Session.

We keep you abreast of the new laws that effect you as an Illinois Notary Public. 

We offer informative instruction in a limited group setting to enable personalized attention to each participant.

The course reviews some of the topics from the Notary / Refresher Training - 102, provides the latest updates on changes to Illinois Notary Public law, and focuses on The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility.

Interactive participation includes reviewing of the 10 Guiding Principles and Standards of Professional and Ethical Practice, as well as address common problems, particularly matters of conflicting interest.

Seminar leaders are well versed and experienced with Illinois Notary Public responsibilities and The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility.

NOTE: This course should be taken annually (at least one year after completing the Notary 102 course.)  If your company receives an annual training from us, your specialized training is modified and tailored to your organization based on your staff's previous training. Rest assured your annual session will always include the most recent law updates, in-depth notary review and fresh interactive training materials, ensuring your notary employees continue to adhere to sound policies and practices.

Supervisor Training 102

This course is designed for Supervisors who oversee Notary staff.  This course is only available as a live Training Session.

We teach you to properly manage Notary staff, providing your organization with the tools necessary to ensure notarizations are executed according to state laws, which ultimately helps minimize your company's risk.

We offer informative instruction in a small group setting to enable personalized attention to each participant. The course reviews the Illinois Notary Public policy and procedures for proper notarizations, including a review of the guidelines as determined by the Vancura v Katris ruling.

Interactive participation includes ways to assist in troubleshooting common issues faced by Notaries, and ways to support your staff to ensure compliance with state laws, notary rules, and best practices. 

Seminar leaders are well versed and experienced with Illinois Notary Public responsibilities and management of notary employees.
